• Status:

• Pool (non-exempt) + Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday + 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation. + This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply) +

• Float Team:

• This Pool position
• will require travel to satellite locations providing own transportation (submitted, approved mileage reimbursable) throughout
• Pinellas, Pasco,
• Hillsborough & Polk
• Counties.

Sometimes this is with minimal notice.

To compensate for the travel expectations, you will receive an additional $2.00/hour above your base rate when working & mileage reimbursement. • The Basic Machine Operator is responsible for the following:
• + Assists providers with patient examination, procedures, treatment, and x-ray/imaging services.

+ Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab. + Follows up on test orders and reports results to provider and patient, provides and maintains patient education materials, maintains medical equipment, and orders clinical supplies. + Creates and maintains patient electronic medical record (EMR). + Complies with all applicable regulatory agency regulations. + Supports both front and back-office duties. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Position may require travel to other sites depending on patient volume and clinic needs. + Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Required Certification or Licensure includes BLS Certificate and Florida Basic Machine Operator (BMO).

• Required Certification and Licensure:

• + BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire and + Florida Basic Machine Operator (BMO)

• Education:

• + Required High School or Equivalent; + Preferred Technical Medical Assistant

• Experience:
