What's in it for you: Competitive salary A sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 Career advancement opportunities Flexible scheduling Health, Dental, Vision and Voluntary Benefits PTO days What you'll be doing: Delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies Take radiographic images while performing a diagnostic imaging examination Correctly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position Obtain and record accurate patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records Preparing and administering medications for patients as directed by providers Perform phlebotomy and vaccination as directed by providers Answering telephone and emails to provide detailed feedback while answering any patient/provider/pharmacy questions What you need: Current Florida Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Basic X-ray Machine Operator (BXMO) license Knowledge of x-ray techniques and proper patient positioning during exams CPR/BLS certification preferred Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system knowledge preferred Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, Medical Assistant certification or equivalent preferred
