Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a vital role providing diagnostic imaging excellence, where your MRI expertise supports patient care across multiple locations. This position involves a 13-week assignment, offering the opportunity to work with a variety of MRI platforms, including Siemens, Philips, and Hitachi Oasis equipment. Flexibility is essential, as you may be scheduled for 5 eight-hour shifts per week on rotating days or evenings, with your schedule provided in advance. Please note, travel to facilities across the Stuart and Treasure Coast areas is required.
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification ARRT(MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted if you have injection experience Demonstrated proficiency in conducting imaging studies on MRI equipment (Siemens, Philips, Hitachi Oasis) Previous experience as an MRI Technologist highly preferred Willingness and ability to float to different imaging locations as needed Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a commitment to patient care
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols, ensuring safety and quality standards Operate and troubleshoot Siemens, Philips, and Hitachi Oasis MRI scanners Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and monitor their well-being throughout the imaging process Maintain accurate imaging records and collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals Adhere to safety and infection control policies at all assigned locations Provide injection services (if ARMRIT certified) This contract offers exposure to different imaging settings and advanced MRI platforms, enriching your professional portfolio.
