This contract opportunity connects you to a dynamic imaging department, working with state-of-the-art MRI equipment and collaborating with medical professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
Schedule:
3 shifts weekly, 12 hours each (8:00am-8:00pm) Rotating weekends included Exact schedule to be discussed with site leadership during your interview
Key Qualifications:
Active ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, MRI specialty) Current State of Florida radiology license Proof of college diploma or official transcripts Please note: ARMRIT certification will not be accepted Candidates must not be permanent residents of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties Experience in MRI imaging and operation of advanced MRI systems Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices for patient imaging Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Provide compassionate, clear guidance to patients during procedures Ensure safe operation and routine troubleshooting of MRI equipment Maintain accurate patient records and uphold all privacy standards Collaborate with radiologists and other staff to optimize patient care and imaging workflows Participate in ongoing quality control and continuing education as required This position offers a valuable chance to expand your professional experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
