Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI/CT/X-ray Lead Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI (Siemens), CT (Phillips), Dexa scanning, and X-ray technology, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and leadership. Duties Perform MRI/CT, Dexa scanning, and X-ray examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality images are obtained for accurate diagnosis. Maintain aseptic technique during procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care plans. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort. Operate and maintain MRI,CT, Dexa scanning, and X-ray equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff. Document all procedures accurately in patient records, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist from an accredited program. Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and practices is essential. Strong understanding of human anatomy to accurately position patients for optimal imaging results. Previous experience using Siemens MRI/X-ray equipment and Phillips CT is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times. This position is for a team leader of the Imaging Team. Prior supervisory role is desired. Candidate should display strong leadership skills, excellent team building disposition, exceptional communication and organizational skills.
