Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist specializing in imaging to join a dynamic healthcare environment. In this key diagnostic position, you'll operate advanced MRI equipment and play a vital part in providing timely, high-quality scans for patient care. This is a contract assignment featuring a 3x12s day shift schedule.
Qualifications:
Valid MRI Technologist certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required Experience performing MRI procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Precise attention to detail and adherence to best practices Must not have credentials from AMRIT (ARRT required for consideration)
Schedule:
3x12s day shift
Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners to obtain clear, diagnostic-quality images as requested by physicians Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for imaging exams, ensuring patient safety and privacy Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures Follow established protocols and quality control standards for all scans Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel Work closely with radiologists, referring clinicians, and other healthcare staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
