Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role at a busy outpatient urgent care center, delivering expert diagnostic imaging services as part of a high-performing healthcare team. This contract position calls for a skilled Imaging - X-ray, X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make a direct impact on patient care.
Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts per week 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM (complete schedule to be determined by site leader; flexibility required)
Essential Qualifications:
Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license ARRT certification College diploma or official transcripts (required for profile submission) Experience operating digital imaging equipment in an urgent care or similar setting Exceptional attention to patient safety and infection control standards Cannot reside in
Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures according to provider orders and clinical protocols Accurately position patients and ensure optimal image quality Communicate with patients to provide clear instructions and compassionate care Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to privacy regulations Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support patient throughput and clinical efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
