CT/MRI Technologist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT/MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT/MFI scans and diagnostic evaluations to assist in patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, aseptic techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a clinical setting. Duties Perform CT/MRI scans on patients as per physician orders, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret scan results. Maintain equipment functionality by performing routine checks and troubleshooting as necessary. Adhere to safety protocols and aseptic techniques during procedures to minimize risk to patients and staff. Document patient information accurately, including medical history and any relevant details pertaining to the scan. Provide compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort throughout the scanning process. Stay updated with advancements in CT/MRI technology and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proficiency in CT/MRI imaging techniques and diagnostic radiology principles. Familiarity with sonography principles is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to imaging and patient care. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as ERs and urgent care settings. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety.
