Job Description:
Schedule:
Saturday, Sunday and Monday 6:45am to 7:15pm + Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks. + Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. + Educates patients and family members about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort and cooperation throughout the exam. + Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging. + Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgrounds [Required] Knowledge of MRI procedures [Required] Knowledge of MRI scanners [Required] Ability to learn and grow with new technology [Required] Customer Service skills [Required]
Education:
- Associate [Preferred] High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
- 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program [Preferred]
