About Us Gulf Coast Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers is a physician-led ENT and sinus specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a motivated, certified radiologic professional to join our Pensacola team in a hybrid role supporting both in-office CT imaging and day-to-day clinical operations. Position Summary This is a dual-function role combining Florida-certified radiologic imaging with medical assistant and patient care coordinator responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds an active Florida CRT-R certification, is comfortable in a specialty clinic environment, and thrives when wearing multiple hats throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities Radiology:
Perform in-office CT scans under physician supervision in compliance with Florida Statute Chapter 468 Patient positioning, scan initiation, and image quality assurance Maintain CT equipment, perform QC checks, and ensure radiation safety protocols Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation in EMR Clinical /
Medical Assistant:
Room patients, obtain vitals, and document chief complaints Prepare and restock exam rooms; manage supply inventory Process prior authorizations and referrals as needed
Patient Care Coordination:
Schedule appointments and CT imaging sessions Verify insurance and collect patient intake information Communicate pre-scan instructions and follow-up care to patients Support front desk during high-volume periods
Qualifications Required:
Active Florida CRT-R (Certified Radiologic Technologist - Radiography) certification in good standing ARRT registration preferred Strong communication skills and patient-first attitude Ability to multitask across clinical and administrative functions
Pay:
$26.00 - $36.00 per hour
