Job Description

Job description: We are seeking an MRI Technologist, 5-10 hours/week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, ensuring the highest quality of diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort, able to check patients in/out and work independently.
Required to have:
Current:
CPR, ARRT MR, AHCA
background screening.
Duties Check patients in:
Intake paperwork, scan patient ID, accept payment.
Check patients out:
Create MRI CD, scan paperwork into patient file, send images to radiologist. Be able to work independently, including opening and closing office when needed. Follow morning and end of day routine procedures. Keep a clean work environment. Perform MRI scans on patients per physician's orders. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort & safety throughout the imaging process. Adhere to safety protocols/procedures. Maintain equipment functionality by performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating maintenance as needed. Keep accurate records of patient information, scan results, and any relevant medical history in compliance with medical terminology standards. Stay updated on advancements in MRI technology and techniques.

From $40.00 per hour
