imaging, 3D skin evaluation, genomic and AI insights to detect cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological conditions, metabolic conditions, often before symptoms arise. Position Overview Inlumia is seeking a Lead MRI/CT Technologist to deliver an exceptional, white-glove imaging experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and precision. This is a full-time, 5-day/week role , scanning 2-6 guests per day , multi-modality visits, allowing for a highly personalized, unhurried approach to care. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment and is responsible for both advanced imaging execution and operational leadership , including quality assurance, accreditation readiness, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence & Imaging Perform high-quality MRI and CT examinations in accordance with physician orders and Inlumia protocols Execute advanced MRI procedures including: Whole-body MRI Neurovascular MRA studies Cardiac MRI Prostate MRI Whole-body MRA Advanced reconstructions Complex protocol selection and optimization Execute advanced CT procedures including: Coronary CT angiography with AI CT Lung screening Carotid CT angiography CTA of Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis and run-offs CT Colonography Advanced reconstructions Complex protocol selection and optimization

Cardiac MRI, CT colonography, advanced CTA, and other procedures Apply independent judgment and ingenuity in imaging acquisition and problem-solving Ensure accurate patient positioning, coil selection, and protocol adherence Perform 3D Reconstructions Administer IV contrast safely and monitor for adverse reactions Works in coordination with RN/APP for medication administration and patient monitoring when required Perform IV starts and ensure proper placement for imaging studies Maintain expertise in MRI safety screening and CT radiation safety (ALARA principles) Patient Experience (Concierge-Level Care) Deliver a calm, reassuring, and highly professional experience for a discerning clientele Educate patients on procedures, safety, and expectations Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times Build trust through exceptional communication and attention to detail Quality, Safety & Accreditation Perform and document daily and weekly Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures Lead and support ACR accreditation processes (MRI & CT), including submissions and compliance Ensure all imaging meets highest diagnostic quality standards Maintain a safe imaging environment, including: MRI compatibility screening Equipment safety checks and calibrations Infection control and room readiness Operations & Leadership Collaborate on patient flow and scheduling efficiency (2-6 guests/day, high-touch model) Collaborate closely with APPs, RNs, and physician specialists Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Manage image transfer to PACS and AI Companies and maintain data integrity AI orchestration responsibility , QC of AI outputs and escalation if discrepancies Perform and/or coordinate 3D Reconstructions Support inventory management and equipment readiness Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Ownership of image quality KPIs Accountable for maintaining >95% first-pass diagnostic quality and contributing to best-in-class patient experience metrics Training future technologists as you scale Technology & Systems Utilize advanced imaging platforms, including: MRI and CT scanners PACS systems EMR platforms Power injectors and Med-Pumps Maintain proficiency with evolving imaging technologies and AI-supported diagnostics Qualifications Education & Certification Graduate of an accredited Allied Health program ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) required (or ARMRIT equivalent) CT certification required Active Florida license (or compact eligibility) Comply with all Florida Department of Health regulations and collaborate with Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) as applicable BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required ACLS preferred Experience Minimum 2-5+ years of combined MRI/CT experience Demonstrated expertise in advanced MRI procedures and advanced CT imaging Experience with ACR accreditation processes strongly preferred Prior leadership or lead technologist experience preferred Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and clinical precision Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with mature clinical judgment High emotional intelligence and professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-touch, low-volume environment Commitment to continuous learning and innovation Work Environment Concierge, boutique imaging setting Low patient volume with extended appointment times Highly collaborative, physician-integrated model Focus on prevention, longevity, and elite-level care What Success Looks Like in 6-12 months ACR Accreditation achieved for CT and MRI • Fully optimized
