Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital role applying your expertise in advanced diagnostic imaging as a CT/PET Technologist. This contract position offers a weekday schedule and calls for skilled imaging professionals ready to deliver exceptional care. The work schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, providing a steady routine with weekends free for personal time or relaxation.
Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in good standing Valid Florida State radiology license Completion of an accredited college program (must have diploma or transcripts for profile submission) Proven experience with both CT and PET imaging Must not be a resident of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Duties:
Conduct and interpret high-quality CT and PET scans, ensuring accurate imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, strictly adhering to all radiation safety protocols and best practices Collaborate with healthcare teams to convey scan results and discuss patient care plans Verify patient information and maintain clear, precise documentation throughout the imaging process Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, reporting issues as needed for timely resolution This opportunity comes with a pay rate of $112 direct, supporting the cost of living in the Florida Keys and recognizing your expertise in the field.
