Job Description

Department MRI VNA Job Summary Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation or prescribed radiofrequency beams for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention and utilize magnetic fields to produce quality MR imaging. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Required Qualifications
  • Require Registered, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist MRI (R)(MR)(ARRT) certification and active State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
  • OR•Require graduate of an accredited American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist ARMRIT) certification program and Registered, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist MRI (MR)ARRT) certification.
Preferred Qualifications Mandatory Education Preferred Education Required License and Certs BLS:
Basic Life Support/CPR Preferred License and Certs Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Additionally, shifts can vary from 8 hour shifts to 10 and 12 hour shifts. Flexibility to work at all 7 of our urgent care locations is also required, however schedule location preferences will be taken into consideration.
