Job Description

This role is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR) to assist with a wide range of Interventional Vascular and Neuro procedures and work directly under Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center physicians. To be considered, you must have ALL of the following : Education Graduate of an accredited Radiography program Certifications ARRT (R) BLS -
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Schedule & Incentives Schedule:
Full-Time hours, schedule may vary by department need

Position is eligible for Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Role Overview The Interventional Radiology Technologist assists in the performance of a wide variety Interventional Vascular and Neuro Special procedures on patients of all ages under the guidance of IR and Neuro physicians. Core Responsibilities Assist with interventional vascular and neuro procedures for patients of all ages Set up procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies to support smooth case flow Operate radiographic imaging equipment safely and competently during procedures Support patient care before, during, and after procedures (comfort, safety, monitoring) Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and the IR/neuro team throughout the case Maintain professionalism, patient privacy, and a calm environment, especially when cases get intense Deliver strong patient service and contribute to a cooperative, high-performance team culture This role may be a fit if you have Ability to operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively Strong written and verbal communication Excellent patient/customer service skills Why this role This role offers a reliable schedule, strong clinical volume, and a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Pay:
$25.72 - $41.74 per hour
