Job Description

Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to support a healthcare facility in Macon, GA. Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (8-hour day shifts) Responsibilities Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures using fluoroscopy and other advanced modalities Prepare and position patients for examinations in a safe and efficient manner Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality imaging and patient care Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records Qualifications Certification and licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or equivalent Proficiency in operating interventional radiology imaging systems Strong knowledge of anatomy, cross-sectional imaging, and sterile technique Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety This contract position offers a competitive pay rate from $1,980 to $2,300 weekly.
