Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification or registry in CT imaging (ARRT (CT) or equivalent) Demonstrated competency in performing diagnostic CT procedures Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Previous experience in an acute care or hospital imaging department preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT imaging studies for accurate diagnostic interpretation Adhere strictly to established protocols, radiation safety, and infection control standards Accurately document patient information and imaging findings in the electronic medical record Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff regarding patient care and imaging results Ensure proper patient preparation, explanation of procedures, and provide compassionate care throughout the imaging process Monitor and maintain CT equipment, reporting any technical issues or safety concerns
Schedule/Hours:
Schedule determined by department needs; flexibility to work variable shifts or weekends as required
