Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Step into a rewarding imaging opportunity utilizing your expertise as a Radiology Tech. This contract role offers a chance to positively impact patient care and deliver high-quality diagnostic services within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of diagnostic radiologic procedures accurately and efficiently Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each exam Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver timely, quality results Maintain imaging equipment according to safety and regulatory standards Adhere to infection control protocols and patient confidentiality requirements Accurately document findings and update patient records promptly Support a seamless patient flow and contribute to departmental quality improvement
Desired Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT certification (or eligible, depending on state requirements) Valid and unrestricted radiology technologist license (as applicable) Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in imaging or radiology Proficiency with computerized radiology systems and PACS Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
