Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced professional to perform high-quality imaging services in a dynamic hospital environment. The focus of this contract position will be on providing radiology and X-ray imaging care using advanced technologies. The role is specifically for weekend coverage, offering an excellent opportunity for those looking to coordinate work with their personal schedule.
Schedule:
Weekend coverage: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Qualifications:
Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Demonstrated proficiency in radiologic and X-ray imaging techniques Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting is highly desirable Strong understanding of patient care standards and safety protocols Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operate radiology imaging equipment safely and efficiently for routine diagnostic procedures Work closely with medical staff to obtain optimal imaging results and ensure high-quality patient care Position patients accurately and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal image capture and comfort Document and verify all imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records Adhere to infection control, quality assurance, and confidentiality policies at all times Ensure a compassionate and professional experience for all patients
