Position Overview This dual-role position supports both the Imaging and Physician Services teams by providing high-quality radiologic imaging services and excellent clinical patient care within the physician office setting. You ll have the opportunity to combine technical imaging expertise with hands-on patient care while working closely with providers, radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences.
X-Ray Technologist Responsibilities In This Role, You Will:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately Prepare and position patients for radiologic exams while minimizing patient anxiety Operate imaging equipment including portable x-ray and fluoroscopy equipment Assist radiologists and providers during exams and procedures Review patient histories and clinical information to support quality imaging Maintain accurate imaging documentation and exam records Ensure equipment safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards Stay current on imaging technology and department training requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification or registry eligible required Current BLS certification required within 90 days of hire Associate or Bachelor degree preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Back Office Nurse Responsibilities In This Role, You Will:
Room patients and obtain vitals and medical histories Assist providers with procedures and patient care Perform phlebotomy and CLIA-waived lab testing Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prescriptions, and follow-up care Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinic records Monitor and stock medical supplies and medications Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms Support care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and team huddles Qualifications High school diploma plus post-secondary certification/degree required Clinical experience in a physician office preferred What We re Looking For We re searching for someone who is: ✔ Compassionate and patient-focused ✔ Adaptable and eager to learn ✔ Organized and detail oriented ✔ A strong communicator and team player ✔ Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Travel throughout Southeast Idaho and occasional weekend or shift work may be required.
