Job Description

CT Technologist Full time position performing high quality CT imaging in an acute care environment. This role supports diagnostic services by producing accurate images, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with all departmental protocols.
Compensation range:
$31.09-$40.40/hr. Role Summary The CT Technologist performs CT examinations, prepares patients, operates imaging equipment, and ensures safe, efficient workflow. Responsibilities include patient positioning, contrast administration, monitoring for reactions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clinical staff. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform CT exams following established protocols Position patients safely and accurately Operate and maintain CT equipment Administer contrast agents and monitor for adverse reactions Document procedures and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff Respond quickly to changes in patient condition Support departmental quality, safety, and performance initiatives Education Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program Experience CT experience preferred New graduates with CT training may be considered Certifications & Licensure ARRT registered in Radiography (R) ARRT registered in Computed Tomography (CT) CT eligible candidates may be considered with certification required within 12 months Current state license required BLS required within 3 months of hire Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and compute exposure factors Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and exam abnormalities Sign on and Relocation bonuses may be available!
