Non-Exempt Responsibilities Perform high-quality mammography imaging using advanced technology. Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a supportive environment. Work closely with Radiologists to provide accurate diagnostic images. Guide patients through sensitive exams with empathy and professionalism. Maintain imaging quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Assist with complex patient and family concerns with strong communication skills. Help create a positive, efficient, and patient-centered imaging experience. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.
Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State.2. Current ARRT certification. 3. Advanced certification in the field of Mammography. 4. Current experience as a radiology technologist. 5. Strong verbal, written, and communication skills. 6. Current BCLS (AHA) certification. 7. Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards. 8. Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice. 9. Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS). A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.44 to $45.54. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
