Table:

Proven proficiency in performing a variety of routine and specialized MRI procedures across all age groups. Strong understanding of MRI safety standards and protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and courteously to patients. Ability to verify physician orders accurately and consult with radiologists as needed. Experience with operating and maintaining MRI equipment, including calibration, safety checks, and troubleshooting. Competence in interpreting MRI images for quality assurance. Familiarity with hospital computer systems and documentation procedures. Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and adhering to professional standards set by ARRT. Additional Skills That Are a

Plus:

Prior experience assisting radiologists during MRI scans. Knowledge of contrast media administration. Certifications beyond ARRT registration. Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Accredited Radiologic Technology program graduate with active ARRT certification in MRI. At least 2 years of clinical MRI experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging setting. Familiarity with night shift workflows and safety protocols.

Other Requirements:

Active MRI registration and any necessary state licensing. Ability to work night hours consistently. Willingness to adhere to all safety, safety checks, and departmental policies.
