Qualifications:
Current ARRT (R) certification; IR credentialing highly preferred Minimum of 1 year IR Tech experience in a clinical setting Valid Radiologic Technologist license as required by state regulations Advanced knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and protocols Excellent communication abilities and patient-centered care orientation
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures Operate complex imaging equipment following safety protocols and best practices Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort
