Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Experience the charm of Kansas and discover all that Andover has to offer! This travel assignment places you in a welcoming Midwest community known for its friendly spirit and open spaces. When you're off the clock, explore the picturesque prairies, scenic walking trails, and vibrant local events—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and culture seekers alike. Immerse yourself in a high-volume imaging environment, gaining hands-on exposure to the latest GE MRI technology and honing your MRI skills alongside seasoned professionals. With three MRI units and a supportive team on both day and night shifts, this role invites you to engage in rapid-paced diagnostic imaging while enhancing your expertise with Meditech and CPN electronic medical records systems. Each shift presents opportunities to work with diverse patient populations, develop technical proficiency, and observe different approaches to clinical decision-making and workflow.
Responsibilities include:
Operating state-of-the-art GE MRI equipment with precision and care Performing up to 32 MRI exams daily in a dynamic, patient-focused environment Collaborating with a staff of highly trained MRI technologists across multiple shifts Maintaining accurate records within Meditech / CPN EMR systems Ensuring safety, quality, and compassionate patient care at all times Communicating effectively with radiologists, nursing staff, and other team members
Qualifications:
ARRT (MRI) certification required Prior experience with GE MRI platforms strongly preferred Familiarity with Meditech / CPN EMR systems is advantageous Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills Current licensure in applicable specialty
