Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Advance your career as an MRI Technologist, utilizing your expertise in imaging to provide high-quality care to patients. This contract assignment spans 13 weeks and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated radiology team in a supportive environment.
Schedule:
3 x 12-hour night shifts, 6:45pm - 6:45am Specific days of the week to be determined during the interview process
Qualifications:
Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Magnetic Resonance [ARRT(MR)] Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Prior experience with MRI procedures, emphasizing patient safety and comfort Strong communication and organizational skills Demonstrated proficiency in operating MRI equipment and related technology
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Prepare and position patients accurately while providing emotional support and clinical explanations Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise image capture and optimal patient care Monitor imaging results for clarity, completeness, and diagnostic accuracy Maintain equipment integrity through routine checks and coordinate regular maintenance Comply with all safety protocols and facility guidelines, prioritizing patient and staff safety at all times This role offers a chance to work in a high-tech imaging setting, address diverse clinical cases, and enhance your skills through hands-on experience.
