Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexibility required to cover varying shifts as needed
Qualifications:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and valid state licensure Experience with interventional radiology techniques preferred Strong knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Commitment to patient safety and ethical professional conduct
Key Responsibilities:
Apply pulsed x-ray energy for diagnostic and treatment imaging Perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, and computer-processed imaging according to established protocols Provide high-quality patient care, recognizing and responding to varied patient conditions Collaborate with coworkers, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care Guide and educate staff and imaging students in technical and safety procedures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and departmental policies Document incidents, procedures, and patient information accurately in electronic health records Utilize ALARA and other radiation protection standards for all exams
