This 13-week travel role for an experienced Imaging MRI professional offers an outstanding opportunity to enhance your expertise. You'll be collaborating with top-notch healthcare teams, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of workplace practices and leadership styles that will enrich your professional portfolio. With a schedule of three 12-hour shifts (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 10:00am - 10:30pm), you'll have extended stretches of time off each week—perfect for relaxing or discovering Amite's hidden gems.
Key Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) or equivalent MRI certification required Proven experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical setting Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Current BLS certification
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct MRI scans according to physician orders and facility protocols Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Evaluate images for diagnostic quality, adjusting protocols as needed Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Communicate effectively with radiologists and healthcare staff for optimal patient outcomes
