full-time Full-time licensed XRAY Technician/Registered Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) for a fast paced orthopaedic clinic.

Monday-Friday :

8:00am - 4:30pm Company Description Orthopaedic Associates of New Orleans (OANO) is a private orthopaedic practice serving the metro New Orleans area with comprehensive joint and spine care. The team includes board-certified surgeons & physicians, physician assistants, and experienced support staff who work together to deliver innovative treatments in arthroscopy, joint replacements, spine care, hand and wrist, interventional pain, and other orthopaedic needs. OANO emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and advanced clinical expertise to support individuals seeking improved mobility and musculoskeletal health. Team members collaborate closely in a professional environment focused on excellence, safety, and positive outcomes for patients. Role Description The Xray Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in New Orleans and Metairie Louisiana. (There are two office locations that XRAY tech will rotate at) This role is responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic imaging under the direction of orthopaedic providers, ensuring high-quality images that support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for imaging procedures, positioning patients and equipment, operating radiologic systems, and adhering to strict radiation safety protocols. The Xray Technician will maintain and calibrate equipment, verify patient information, and document procedures in alignment with practice and regulatory standards. Collaboration with surgeons, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff is essential to support efficient patient flow, provide clear communication, and contribute to a safe, respectful care environment.
