Qualifications:
Current, valid ARRT certification in Radiography State licensure as required Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech in an acute care or hospital setting Proficiency in operating radiologic/imaging equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout each procedure Accurately document procedures and relevant patient information Collaborate professionally with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA guidelines
