Any Make an Impact with Baystate Health Baystate Health is seeking a Radiology Tech to join our Radiology Diagnostics Team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts . Our Radiology department provides diagnostic procedures in accordance with hospital guidelines. Some responsibilities include fluoroscopy and invasive exams, portable imaging in the NICU, Pedi, OR, ICU, ER and outpatient X-rays.
The Radiology Tech Will:
Properly identify patient information using two patient identifiers and complies with National Patient Safety Goals standards and ARRT Code of Ethics standards. Perform procedures as outlined including but not limited to routine, specialized, emergency and urgent imaging procedures Provide accurate, high-quality exams. Assure ongoing compliance with JC, MQSA and ACR regulatory and DPH/CMS requirements. Participate in departmental quality assurance activities. Support QC activities in the department. Assist in the training of technologists, residents and students when assigned to same work area. Perform accurate and high-quality exams to assure proper technique, positioning and visualization of the appropriate anatomy requested. Instruct patients before and during procedure to maximize probability of obtaining a complete and accurate result.

Minimum Requirements MA RT license and ARRT Registry Basic Life Support (BLS)
