Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital imaging role focused on providing high-quality CT and PET/CT scans as part of a dedicated healthcare team. This contract position is ideal for professionals experienced in advanced imaging techniques, ensuring accurate diagnostic results for optimal patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
Day shift with varying start times
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist with a strong background in CT and PET/CT imaging Current certification in either ARRT (CT) or an equivalent credential relevant to CT/PET technology Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain imaging equipment while adhering to all safety standards
COVID-19
vaccination required Excellent communication skills and strong commitment to patient-centered care
Position Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT scans, ensuring images meet diagnostic standards Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures to ensure their comfort and safety Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with facility guidelines Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed Compensation for this role is structured at $160, subject to a 5% adjustment.
