The mammographer performs screening and diagnostic mammography and bone density/ Dexa examinations, meeting all requirements of
ARRT, ACR, FDA/MQSA.
Responsibilities :
Perform screening and diagnostic mammogram procedures Perform bone density procedures Review mammogram reports for the need of follow up imaging and coordinate imaging with patient and/or ordering office Review daily schedules and charges for accuracy Perform and document QC at required intervals to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meet MQSA/FDA and ACR requirements Track and maintain appropriate data for MQSA/FDA and ACR inspections
Other Information :
Licensed as Radiologic Technologist Required.

Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is a progressive 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Pittsfield, Maine that serves an area encompassing 40,000 people throughout the central region .
