Travel assignment, flexible contract duration
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Expertise in CT imaging and general radiographic techniques Proficiency in administering IV and oral contrast, adhering to safe practice standards Strong critical thinking to recognize normal vs. abnormal anatomy and modify exams as appropriate Skilled in patient monitoring and data documentation Ability to perform venous puncture and obtain vital signs Familiarity with sterile techniques and assisting in sterile procedures Excellent communication and the ability to respond promptly to urgent clinical situations
Core Position Responsibilities:
Execute CT and radiographic studies following established protocols and radiologist instructions Survey patient history to tailor imaging exams and protocols accordingly Monitor patients during procedures and document all findings/data accurately Administer contrast material safely, adhering to departmental and institutional guidelines Maintain rigorous standards of radiation safety for patients and staff Assist with direct patient care tasks and clinical procedures, intervening in emergencies as needed
