Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Discover an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic imaging role specializing in CT, general radiology, and interventional procedures. This contract position calls for a skilled healthcare professional experienced in radiologic imaging and supporting interventional radiology processes under the guidance of general supervision.
Schedule:
Full-time, flexible hours depending on departmental needs
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT) Valid state licensure as required for radiologic technologists Experience with computerized tomographic (CT) imaging and general diagnostic radiology procedures Prior clinical experience in interventional radiology (preferred for RN roles) Competency in operating modern imaging equipment and adhering to radiation safety standards Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment BLS certification; ACLS preferred for interventional roles
Responsibilities:
Perform computerized tomographic (CT) scans in accordance with standardized protocols and physician directives Conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure Assist radiologists and interventional teams during minimally invasive procedures, contributing to patient preparation and monitoring as needed Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations Ensure equipment readiness and adherence to quality assurance guidelines Contribute to a safe, sterile, and supportive patient care environment
