Essential Functions:

Follows Michigan Vascular Center's policies and procedures, including HR and accreditation Incorporates Michigan Vascular Center's Mission and Vision into daily practice Demonstrates primary focus of customer service for internal and external customers. Specific Functions:

Maintains and operates all departmental equipment necessary for patient care i.e. C-arm, power injector, ultrasound, autoclave, various catheters, etc Film development and image uploading, and documenting in the EHR Open sterile supplies and prepare for each procedure. Sets up table, instruments, and supplies according to procedure. Assists and anticipates surgeons' needs during procedures Perma-Cath management, including dressing changes, removing PC's, aspiration declot Assist with wound debridement, staple/suture removal Scrubs, gowns and gloves in accordance using aseptic technique and AORN standards

Educational Requirements:

BLS certification Graduate of accredited Radiological/Surgical Tech program

Board Certification Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day, and wear lead radiation protection stoop, lift, reach, and perform other repetitive movements Possess the Physical ability and perceptive acuity (vision and hearing) to perform all direct and indirect care functions
