Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; overtime may be required Overview The Pre-Operative Planning Representative creates accurate digital anatomical models and surgical plans used in robotically assisted hip and knee replacement procedures. This onsite role is well suited for a detail-oriented producer with strong computer skills, an interest in anatomy or medical imaging, and the ability to follow precise work instructions in a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system. Review CT scans for conformity with Mako Surgical protocol. Segment CT scans using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery. Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotically assisted total hip and total knee replacement procedures. Review CT segmentations and surgical plans for anatomical landmark accuracy, implant sizing, and implant positioning. Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel. Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. Follow detailed work instructions to deliver accurate, consistent output. Meet individual production goals that support team and department targets. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; associate degree or higher may be considered in lieu of experience. Proficiency with computer-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work onsite during 1st shift core hours. Ability to work overtime as business needs require, including occasional weeks exceeding 55 hours. Experience or certification in radiology, including CT, X-ray, or MRI, preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred. Certification in graphic design or a related field preferred. Completion of college-level anatomy coursework preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
