Key Qualifications:
ARRT certification required; advanced certification in Computed Tomography preferred Minimum of one year of recent experience in CT imaging Strong understanding of CT protocols, patient positioning, and imaging equipment Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Current BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Independently perform CT scans according to physician orders and safety protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and accuracy Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare staff to produce high-quality diagnostic images Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot issues as needed Document procedures, findings, and ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date
