X-Ray Technologist Pain Management Center of Lansing Lansing, MI Job Details Temporary | Part-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Fluoroscopy X-Ray Certification ARRT Certification Medical terminology Full Job Description Overview Pain Management Center of Lansing (PMCL) is a well-established, private pain management practice that has been serving the Lansing community since 1988. We are a small, close-knit team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated X-Ray Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis, with the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role. This is a daytime, weekday position — no nights, weekends, or holidays required. Position Summary Under the direction of our physicians, the X-Ray Technologist will operate C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment to provide imaging guidance during minimally invasive pain management procedures. This role also provides coverage support across other clinical and administrative areas of the practice as staffing needs arise, including pre- and post-operative care, medical assisting, and general administrative duties. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that offers excellent exposure to pain management procedures in a professional and supportive environment. Responsibilities Operate C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment during pain management procedures performed by our physicians Assist with patient positioning and procedural support Maintain radiation protection standards and patient safety protocols Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth workflow Perform routine equipment and lead apron checks Provide coverage support in pre- and post-operative care, medical assisting, or administrative functions as needed Qualifications ARRT certification required or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe of hire Experience operating C-Arm/fluoroscopy equipment preferred; willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of medical terminology, radiation safety, and sterile technique Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask Ability to stand for extended periods and wear a lead apron during procedures IV experience preferred but not required Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care and confidentiality What We Offer Opportunity to grow from per diem into a part-time or full-time position A supportive, collaborative team environment Valuable hands-on experience in pain management and fluoroscopy-guided procedures Competitive compensation based on experience or training 401(k) available to all employees Additional benefits available based on employment status Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have experience or training operating a C-Arm?
