This contract role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, utilizing advanced MRI technology to assist in accurate clinical assessments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent national certification required) Completion of an accredited MRI program Previous experience in MRI imaging within a healthcare setting preferred Proficient in the operation of MRI scanners and associated equipment Excellent communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Schedule:
Contract position with variable shifts, flexibility required to meet department needs
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and physician orders Prepare and position patients while ensuring their comfort and safety Operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed Review images for diagnostic quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate records and document procedures in electronic health systems Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding imaging results and patient care Participate in ongoing professional development and training Working with us means making a difference in patient outcomes through your imaging expertise.
