  • 45/hr Job Summary We are hiring a CT Technologist for an on-site hospital role in Royal Oak, MI.
In this position, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, support safe patient care, and produce high-quality images for interpretation while following ALARA radiation safety principles. This is a great fit for an ARRT (CT) certified technologist who communicates well, stays organized overnight, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic CT scans using appropriate imaging equipment, protocols, and positioning Verify patient identification and physician orders prior to each exam Explain procedures and provide patient/family education before scanning Obtain accurate patient history and document in the medical record Start IVs and administer contrast per protocol as required Monitor patients during exams to ensure safety and comfort Perform routine CT quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) testing Use hospital systems to verify orders, view schedules, and transmit studies to PACS Communicate effectively with radiologists, nursing, and departmental staff Maintain a clean exam area; wipe down equipment between patients and keep rooms stocked Required Qualifications Associate's Degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program ARRT (CT) certification required BLS certification required upon hire (AHA or Red Cross accepted) 1-3 years of experience as a radiographer (CT experience strongly preferred) Strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and reliable documentation habits Benefits (Full-Time) Benefits available after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service Apply today if you're a CT Technologist looking for a consistent night shift schedule in Royal Oak, MI.
