Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Showcase your expertise in imaging and patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity calls for professionals skilled in Radiology Tech, RN - Interventional Radiology, and X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist roles. Your work will focus on delivering high-quality computerized tomographic radiological procedures, as well as general diagnostic imaging, contributing significantly to timely and accurate patient diagnoses.
Key Qualifications:
Certification and current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist; additional credentials as an RN for Interventional Radiology roles preferred Demonstrated experience in performing computerized tomography (CT) scans and general diagnostic radiology exams Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and safety protocols Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to ensure seamless patient care Proven ability to follow physician instructions and adapt to fast-paced clinical settings
Schedule/Hours:
Contract position with variable scheduling; specific shifts to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
Conduct computerized tomographic procedures with attention to patient safety, positioning, and accurate image capture Perform routine X-ray and general diagnostic radiological examinations as directed Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to interpret orders and report findings efficiently Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality Assist with interventional radiology procedures in accordance with established protocols (as applicable) Perform related tasks as assigned, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
