Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Step into a vital role delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care within a dynamic medical environment. This position calls for a skilled Radiology Technologist with strong X-ray expertise and advanced abilities in trauma and surgical settings.
Schedule:
3:00 AM - 3:30
PM Desired Qualifications:
Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Documented experience in at least level 1 or 2 trauma care Proven skills in operating room imaging, with preference for exposure to orthopedic, neurological, and vascular cases Demonstrated ability to adapt under pressure and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and standardized protocols Provide expert imaging support during trauma resuscitations and a variety of surgical procedures Prepare and operate X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring accurate image capture for diagnosis Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff, maintaining sterile technique and optimizing workflow in acute situations Assess and respond appropriately to patient needs, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures Document procedures and maintain imaging records in accordance with regulatory and quality standards Participate in ongoing education to remain current with advancements in imaging technology and trauma protocols
