Qualifications:
Proficiency in computed tomography (CT) imaging Experience in radiographic imaging procedures Capability to administer IV and oral contrast per established protocols Familiarity with radiation safety and patient protection techniques Competence in sterile technique and venous puncture Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to recognize and respond to urgent medical conditions
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality CT studies, adapting exams based on clinical history and radiologist input Administer contrast material according to protocol while continuously monitoring and documenting patient status Ensure optimal radiation protection for patients and staff, using prescribed safety measures Assist with sterile procedures, gather vital signs and clinical history, and respond appropriately to allergic or urgent patient conditions
