Job Description

We are seeking a Contingent MRI Technologist to join our Southeast Michigan Team . This position offers 12 -hour shifts in a rewarding, fast-paced environment where compassion and quality care come first. This position will rotate through sites in Livonia, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills. What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible Schedules with a friendly team One on One patient care 401(k) retirement plan Wellness Reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement CE Credit reimbursement A supportive, patient-centered culture where teamwork thrives Key Responsibilities Explain MRI procedures and ensure patient safety Verify orders and position patients for accurate imaging Start and remove IVs and catheters as needed Operate and monitor MRI equipment for high-quality images Review and verify exams in EMR and PACS systems Perform daily QA and maintain equipment logs Document and maintain accurate patient records Qualifications Graduate of an accredited MRI program or Associate Degree in Radiography ARRT or ARMRIT certification (required) CPR/BLS certification (required) Prior experience with MRI equipment and patient care Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Strong communication skills and attention to detail Team-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care Join Our Team At The HCS Group, we treat our patients and our people like family.
