Job Description

Category Imaging - Interventional Radiology Job Type Contract Advance your imaging career as an IR Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology. This 13-week contract opportunity offers a dynamic setting where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is experienced in both angiographic and neuro interventional procedures, providing critical support in a collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule:
5x8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Required call: 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 3rd to 5th cycle, depending on staffing
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required ARRT(R) certification required Minimum of 2 years of IR Tech experience Proficient in angiographic and neuro interventional procedures Skilled in sterile fluid preparation and assisting physicians during cases Familiarity with Siemans Biplane technology highly desirable Strong team orientation, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Operate C-arm and other fluoroscopy equipment to accurately image and assist in interventional procedures Scrub and assist the physician during diagnostic and therapeutic cases, ensuring strict adherence to sterile techniques Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient status throughout procedures Prepare sterile trays and solutions, and manage supplies efficiently Uphold high standards for patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
