Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital healthcare environment as a CT Technologist, utilizing advanced Toshiba and GE machines within a Level III Trauma Center. This contract position offers a 12-week assignment, starting September 21, 2026, and concluding December 12, 2026. As a valued imaging professional, you will perform essential computerized tomographic procedures as well as general diagnostic radiology, supporting patient care in fast-paced ER and OR settings. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week 8-hour shifts: 3:00pm-11:30pm Every 3rd weekend rotation Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT technology ARRT (R) and BLS (AHA) certifications required Strong, adaptable background in general x-ray, c-arms, and flow exams Proven experience in ER and OR environments preferred Skilled in administering contrast media and monitoring for adverse reactions Proficiency with
PACS/RIS
systems and effective image/documentation management Key Responsibilities Perform and explain CT and general diagnostic radiology exams to patients Review patient clinical data and tailor examinations accordingly Prepare procedure rooms, maintain inventory, and manage sterile equipment as needed Operate Toshiba and GE CT scanners to acquire clear diagnostic images Ensure radiation safety using ALARA principles and proper shielding techniques Troubleshoot and resolve imaging exceptions, confirming quality study completion in
