Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital diagnostic role within a dynamic Radiology environment, performing advanced CT and PET imaging for a diverse patient population. As an integral member of the imaging department, you will work with state-of-the-art technology to deliver accurate, high-quality diagnostic images to support optimal patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts available: day, evening, weekend, and overnight options Flexible 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts 7 days on/7 days off rotation
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CT and PET scans with precision, following physician orders and departmental protocols Perform a range of general radiology studies, including x-rays, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and operating room procedures Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure effective, patient-centered care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards for patients and staff Assist in patient preparation, provide clear instructions, and ensure comfort throughout procedures Monitor image quality and troubleshoot equipment as needed
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current licensure and ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, or eligibility Prior experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist preferred Proficient in performing standard radiology and advanced imaging exams Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
