1 Description American Traveler is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based CT Scan department, requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of CT experience. Details Hospital-based CT Scan department within a Radiology division Friday 12:00 PM-12:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM 40 hours per week Uses Siemens CT equipment, Medrad Injector, and Epic EMR On-site position; no teleworking Must be available for on-call pager coverage, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends Flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and shift lengths required Requirements Graduate of an accredited radiography program ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; ARRT (CT) preferred Active state licensure required if applicable BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required Proficiency with general imaging, CT, Siemens equipment, and Medrad Injector Epic charting experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Produces high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation in accordance with Radiology Department standards Maintains competency across a variety of imaging equipment and technology as assessed by competency evaluations Adheres to safety guidelines for patients, self, and support personnel COVID vaccination and booster required for eligibility Travelers may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from the initial start date; a 30-60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — 1 year of specialty experience is required
