Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable hours tailored to facility needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Registered or registry-eligible in Computed Tomography (CT); experience with PET/CT a strong asset Expertise in operating X-ray and CT equipment, including imaging protocols and safety procedures Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Missouri At least one year of recent experience in acute care or hospital imaging Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and colleagues Adaptability and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced clinical environment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT, X-ray, and PET/CT scans safely and efficiently Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient care Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures Accurately document imaging findings and maintain patient records Uphold strict infection control and radiation safety protocols Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
